NEW EDITION OF MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION FOR OPERATIONAL AND SEARCH ACTIVITIES

Training of employees of operational units of the National Police is one of the main tasks of higher education institutions with specific training conditions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. The academic discipline “Fundamentals of Operational and Investigative Activities” is one of the professional disciplines on which the practical activities of future employees of operational units of the National Police of Ukraine are actually based. In order to ensure the educational process, members of the Association - the scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Operational and Investigative Activities of the Faculty of Training of Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the ODUVS have prepared a new edition:

The subject of the manual corresponds to the program of the academic discipline “Fundamentals of Operational and Investigative Activities”. The manual considers issues related to the historical aspects of the formation of operational and investigative activities; the concept, tasks, legal basis and principles of operational and investigative activities; the system of units that have the right to carry out operational and investigative activities; the rights and obligations of such units; the grounds and terms of conducting operational and investigative activities; directions for using the results of operational and investigative activities in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

The manual will be useful for employees of practical units of the National Police of Ukraine, as well as teachers and higher education students.
