ADDITIONAL BOOK TO THE PRINTED SERIES "THEORY AND PRACTICE OF ORD"

A new textbook prepared by members of the All-Ukrainian Association of Scientists and Specialists in the Field of Operational and Investigative Activities has been published:

The Role of the Criminal Investigation Officer in Pre-Trial Investigation: A Textbook / S.V. Albul, R.V. Mukoida, D.O. Nozdrin; General Editor S.V. Albula. – Odesa: ODUVS, 2017. – 150 p. (Series: Theory and Practice of ORD).

The manual addresses issues related to the interaction of operational units of the National Police of Ukraine with pre-trial investigation bodies, the organization of interaction of criminal investigation units with pre-trial investigation bodies upon receipt of applications and reports on criminal offenses, the organization of interaction when the criminal investigation unit sends materials on the results of operational and investigative activities to the investigative unit, the organization of the work of the investigative and operational group during the pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses and the execution by operational criminal investigation officers of written instructions on conducting investigative (search) actions and covert investigative (search) actions during the pre-trial investigation.

The manual will be useful for students of initial professional training centers for police officers who are first accepted into the police service as criminal investigation officers, employees of practical units of the National Police of Ukraine, as well as cadets, students and teachers of educational institutions that provide training, retraining and advanced training for police officers.
