
LATEST METHODS OF PRE-JUDICIAL INVESTIGATION OF CRIMINAL OFFENCES
A new textbook has been published, co-authored by members of the All-Ukrainian Association of Scientists and Specialists in the Field of Operational and Investigative Activities:

The textbook “Modern Methods of Pre-Trial Investigation of Criminal Offenses” is a kind of “methodological treasure trove of the investigator”. It clearly and consistently sets out: the essence of a particular method, the main goal of the method, the rules and conditions for applying the method, the advantages and disadvantages of applying the method, the expected results from the method, the necessary materials for applying the method, the term for active application of the method; the algorithm for applying the method at the stages of its implementation (preparatory, main and final). The reader is offered specific ways to implement a particular modernized or original method.

The purpose of the textbook is to improve the quality of pre-trial investigation of criminal offenses by arming students, subjects of pre-trial investigation with a set of methods.
The textbook is intended for practical mastery by cadets and students of law faculties of higher educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of creative methods of pre-trial investigation. It is prepared for a more in-depth study of the material from the academic discipline "Modern Methods of Pre-Trial Investigation of Criminal Offenses". It will allow students to develop practical skills in using and applying modern methods in the prevention, detection, and investigation of criminal offenses.
