By order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated February 9, 2021 No. 157 “On decisions on the awarding of academic degrees and conferring academic titles and amending the orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine dated July 2, 2020 No. 886, dated November 26, 2020 No. 1471”, our colleague - Deputy Chairman of the All-Ukrainian Association of Scientists and Specialists in the Field of Operational and Investigative Activities, Professor of the Department of Operational and Investigative Activities of the Faculty of Training of Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the Odessa State University of Internal Affairs, Candidate of Law, Associate Professor Serhiy Albul was awarded the academic title of “Professor”.
