PROBLEMS OF COUNTERING ORGANIZED CRIME

A new textbook has been published in the series “Theory and Practice of Organized Crime”:

Legal and Organizational-Tactical Problems of Counteracting Organized Crime: Textbook / S.V. Albul, S.V. Andrusenko. – Odesa: ODUVS, 2017. – 142 p. (Series: Theory and Practice of Organized Crime).

The textbook examines issues related to the organizational and legal principles of countering organized crime, operational and investigative characteristics of modern organized crime, classification of organized criminal groups, subculture and infrastructure of organized criminal groups, directions for neutralizing the resistance of participants of organized criminal groups to law enforcement activities, identification of organized criminal groups and international cooperation of law enforcement agencies in combating organized crime.

The textbook will be useful for cadets, students and teachers of legal educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, as well as practical workers of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine.
